Village of Colonie Registration Day for the March 19th, 2024 Village of Colonie election, will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2024 from noon until 5pm at Village Hall, 2 Thunder Rd, Albany, NY 12205. If you are not a registered voter with Albany county Board of Elections and wish to vote in the March 2024 election, you must be at least 18 years of age, a Village of Colonie resident of at least thirty (30) days, a citizen of the United States and have not been disqualified by law from voting in Village of Colonie elections. You may also register with Albany County Board of Elections. If you have any questions regarding Village of Colonie registration please contact Village Clerk, Jamie Blot at 518-869-7562. If you have questions regarding registration with Albany County Board of Elections, please contact them directly at 518-487-5060.
Village Election for the position of 1 Mayor and 2 Trustees, will be held on Tuesday, March 19th, 2024. Polling Place: Village Hall, 2 Thunder Rd, Albany, NY 12205. Polling hours: 6am to 9pm. If you have any questions or would like to request an absentee ballot, please contact Village Clerk, Jamie Blot at Village Hall, 518-869-7562. If you’re not sure if you are registered to vote, please contact Albany County Board of Elections at 518-487-5060.
Village Offices, DPW and Recreation Center will be closed. Garbage & recycling pickup will remain the same.
Village Tax Bills are due, U.S. Post Office postmark is accepted. If you have an escrow account for your Village tax bill, those bills will be sent to your bank upon their request. If you receive your Village tax bill and it should have gone to your bank, please forward the bill to them as soon as possible to ensure payment is made in a timely manner.
